If you have already employed the services of another agency or individual to process your passport, we cannot assist in the expediting of your application. Please call the National Passport Info Center at 877-487-2778 for assistance. If you already submitted a passport application directly to the State Department without our help, we cannot assist in the expediting process. However, you can check on the status of that application by calling 1-877-487-2778 Monday through Friday 8 am-8 pm EST.
