Items to be included in your package to Caring Hands:
Complete the order request form – Order Request Form Page
Original Passport for each individual to obtain a Visa. (must be signed and valid for at least 6 months)
Appropriate paperwork (application) for each Embassy/Consulate to obtain a Visa. Make sure that Passport and Application(s) are signed and dated.
Passport photo(s) for each Visa application. Number of photos is different for each Country.
Appropriate payment (checks and/or money orders as appropriate) payable to the appropriate individuals.
- Money Order or Cashiers Check to the individual Embassy/Consulate should be payable directly to the Embassy. To see specific requirements for payments and fees
- Checks to Caring Hands should be payable to Caring Hands Services, Inc. Caring Hands accepts Personal Checks, Company Checks, Money Orders and/or Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express).
Daytime phone number(s) where you can be reached if additional information is needed.
Prepaid mailer (i.e., Federal Express, UPS, USPS, etc.) to return completed documents to you. Please be sure to keep the “Sender’s Copy” of your waybill so that you are able to track the package at a later date if needed.
NOTE: If you have additional questions or need clarification when forwarding your Visa request(s) to Caring Hands, do not hesitate to call (202) 554-2277 and speak to an individual directly. Caring Hands will walk you through each step to ensure that the information you forward with your documents is thorough and complete.
Once the above items are received by Caring Hands, we will then obtain the appropriate Visa(s) from the embassy(ies).
